Hourly Planning Service Rate: $50 per hour

Wedding Planning Service Package Rate: $400 (10 Rsrvd Hours / Extra Hrs: 50% off).



Custom Decor & Design Services

(Design services are to assist clients with determining decor quantities & creating custom event decor.)

Custom Decor/Design Consultations: $25 per hour / Applied Credit up to $50 with in-stock rental decor $500+

Table-Top Centerpiece Layout: $25 / Includes print-out or PDF file detailing your table decor design. Great option for do-it-yourself decor set-up, for either you or facility staff placing your specialty linens or table decor to your design set-up specifications. (Included with table layout & decor plan).

Table Design Layout & Decor Plan: (On-File Venue: $50) -or- (Custom Venue: $100) / Includes print-out or PDF file of a detailed floor plan for decor set-up, including locations for guest/parents tables, head table, cake, punch, gifts, guestbook and any other special areas of interest.  



Professional Decorating Services

(Decor set-up, transport and take-down services / includes 1 hour of "day-of" consultation)

Decorating Service: $100 per hour ($200 min. required) Set-up service for rental decor orders under $500 and personal decor set-up requests.

Decoration Take-down Service: $100 per hour ($200 min. required) Rental decor take-down  (personal decor not included).

Professional Decorating & Decor Take Down Service Package: Décor rental orders of $500 or more qualify for discounted service rates for optional set-up and/or take-down services. Discount rates are based on set calculations reducing decoration fees up to 50% off, and guarantee no additional charge for completion of service if additional time is required on the part of our staff (personal décor set-up/take-down service extra).

Ceremony Decor Transport Service: $150 per trip / Professional transport and decor set-up service of desired ceremony decor to reception facility (multi-vehicle and out-of-town milage at additional cost).



Reception Set-Up Supervisor

ACCENTS Event Planning & Rentals offers an on-site supervisor to manage all set-up details and act as a personal liaison between your reserved vendors and the set-up crew. Should unexpected mishaps or last minute changes happen, your on-site supervisor will step in and make the executive decisions on your behalf.

Ala Cart Service Rate: $300, includes up to 4 hours of on-site supervision.
50% off service rate with the addition of ACCENTS Professional Decorating Services.
75% off during scheduled set-up time only.



Wedding Coordinator

If you are looking to have the complete service experience, ACCENTS Event Planning & Rentals offers a Ceremony Coordination Package to make sure your rehearsal and ceremony go as smoothly as possible.

The Ceremony Coordination Package includes:

Pre-Event Day Services
ACCENTS Event Planning & Rental will verify event day timeline and vendor contact information and arrival times for you. This leaves nothing for you to worry about, allowing you to prepare for your event.

Rehearsal & Pre-Ceremony Coordination
ACCENTS Event Planning & Rentals will coordinate your rehearsal and pre-ceremony events. We offer rehearsal assistance, provide instructions/responsibilities for the participants, guestbook and gift attendants, flower attendants, etc. The ACCENTS Event Planning & Rentals coordinator will oversee the ceremony, vendor set-up details, assist on-site ceremony decorators, and will be available to assist the wedding party with pre-ceremony needs, including minor apparel and floral mishaps, and any last minute ceremony details, like the aisle runner and candle lighting.


Ceremony Coordination
ACCENTS Event Planning & Rentals will work with the musicians to coordinate processional music cues, organize and manage the seating of grandparents and parents, manage the processional of the wedding party and assist the bride with gown prior to walking down the aisle.


Post-Ceremony Coordination
Post-ceremony coordination from ACCENTS Event Planning & Rentals includes receiving line coordination (at ceremony site only), assisting the ushers with guest release (if needed), overseeing the recessional, assisting favor attendants, and helping the wedding party to the limo as well as confirming reception arrival time with the driver. The ACCENTS Event Planning & Rentals coordinator will then collect items left by guests or the wedding party and oversee ceremony site take-down.


Available On-Site Wedding Coordination Packages

Ceremony Only Package Rate: $795, includes rehearsal, 2-hour pre-event consultation and up to 4 hours on-site ceremony coordination. (Package includes lead coordinator and an assistant.)

  • Additional Lead Coordinator Hours: $100 per hour
  • Additional Coordinator's Assistant Hours: $25 per hour


Ceremony & Reception Coordination: $1195, includes Ceremony Package, plus up to 6 additional on-site hours. If additional hours are required, Coordinator's Assistant will be allowed to take over the lead coordinator position at double the assistant rate.

  • Additional Lead Coordinator Hours: $75 per hour
  • Additional Coordinator's Assistant Hours: $25 per hour

  • Designing a weather related back-up plan (pertains to outdoor ceremony events only)
